Can I invite more than one Person into my network?
You have the possibility to invite a single or several new users at the same time to AlfaCharlie.
Use the following procedure:
1. Select Settings->My Contacts on the main menu to change to the view My Contacts and select the tab Invitations. Here, you see all users, that you have already invited.

2. To invite more users, click on Invite new contacts in the upper right corner. This opens a new view (Fig. 2), where you can enter a list of email addresses of the users which you would like to send an invitation for AlfaCharlie. Instead of entering the emails manually, you may also insert them from the clipboard. You also have the possibiltiy of entering a personal message.
3. Once you click on Invite, an email with an invitation including your personal message will be sent to all the email addresses. You can see in the status of the invitations in the Invitation - tab in he view My Contacts (see Fig. 1).

3. In the case that you already have created one or more aircraft in AlfaCharlie, you can approve the invited users already for your aircrafts. This feature is aimed at flying clubs and schools who would like to invite many customers or members at the same time and approve them efficiently for the aircraft they are allowed to fly. In this view (Fig. 3), you can see a table with your aircraft on the top and the invited users on the side. Just select the respective check boxes to approve a user for an aircraft.
