Aircraft booking calender: This is the booking calender of a single aircraft.

Aircraft manager: An aircraft manager is a user who has been appointed by the aircraft owner to administrate the aircraft. He can edit the aircraft profile, approve pilots, confirm, deny, edit or delete bookings.

Aircraft owner: Is a user, who has created the aircraft in AlfaCharlie. He can determine aircraft manager, approve pilots, as well as confirm, deny, edit or delete all bookings on his aircraft. The owner can also delete the aircraft again.

Approved pilot: AlfaCharlie users can be approved as a pilot for an aircraft by the owner or a manager of that aircraft. Approved pilots can book the aircraft and see booking details bookings. Whether the bookings have to be approved depends on the booking settings of that particular aircraft.

Booking calendar - Overview: shows bookings of all aircraft that one owns, manages or flies for a selected day.

Booking request: A booking request is a booking that has not been confirmed yet by the owner or a manager of the respective aircraft. In the calender, confirmed bookings are displayed in grey colour. If the booking setting "bookings must be confirmed" is deactivated for the respective aircraft then all bookings are approved.

Booking settings: The settings for the calender view and booking process, which the aircraft owner or manager can set for an aircraft.

Confirmed booking: An approved booking is a booking that has been confirmed by the owner or a manager of the respective aircraft. In the calender, confirmed bookings are displayed in green colour. If the booking setting "bookings must be confirmed" is deactivated for the respective aircraft then all bookings are approved.

Contact: Every user has its own contact list, which contains other users to which he has created a contact. One can send messages to contacts, determine contacts as aircraft manager or approve them as pilots on an aircraft.

Message: Individual messages can be sent to other users.

Personal startpage: The personal start page provides an overview of the most current and important information. It is the displayed after logging in and can be accessed through "Start" in the main menu.

System message: System messages are information that AlfaCharlie generates for events, for example for contact requests, booking requests, approval or denying of bookings. The user can choose whether system messages only appear on his start view or if he also wants to receive an email or SMS.

Ticker: Ticker are messages that you can send to a loosely defined group of users, which you would like to inform about something. For example, you have booked an aircraft for next Sunday and you are still looking for another pilot to come along and share the costs. For that purpose you can create a ticker that is visible to all pilots within a 50km radium or only to your contacts. An interested user who notices your ticker can contact you through a private messages. Ticker are displayed automatically on the start view.
